After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, the following two working days.

We do not charge for deliveries as we offer for most countries worldwide free shipping on all orders.

Orders are despatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation. Typically, UK, US and EU orders take between 14-20 days after dispatch. For other countries outside Europe it can take up to 30 working days depending on the delivery address.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Transportation companies. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder’s credit/debit card.

Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Venalium or the carrier.

When you purchase on Venalium online you’ll receive an email with an order id or number, . You can use this order number with the email you use to make the order in the to track orders page to view your package details. You can also view the delivery status of your order in your Online Account. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may not have a tracking number. Yes. Exchange or return are accepted within certains conditions, check or Return Policy for more informations, before returning your item, please do always contact us to provide you with the return address as it maybe different from the address on your package.

If your order has been placed, but not dispatched, we will try to make the change or cancellation wherever possible. Please contact our Customer Services team via telephone or Live Chat as soon as possible after placing the order.

Please note, due to the speed at which our Dispatch team work, we can make no guarantees to change orders prior to shipping. If an order has been locked for processing by the Dispatch team it cannot be cancelled or amended.

If you have already received your goods then we are happy to cancel or make changes in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, and our Returns Policy.


Payment us taken from you when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, and in some cases are taken from your card right after your order.

However, when you place your order online with us your bank may ‘reserve’ the payment from your account, sometimes we doesn’t settle this payment until your order is dispatched. PayPal payments are held in a pending account with Paypal until goods are despatched.

If you have any products on a pre-order, you will only be charged for one delivery, even if your order needs several deliveries to complete. You will not incur any additional delivery charges, even if you buy other in-stock items at the same time as pre-ordered items, which means we will send your pre-ordered items to you separately at a later date.

If the order is cancelled before despatch then the reserved payment will be refunded back to the method of payment used on the website.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order number, and other details as well the total price paid, which you can use as your receipt. You can also look up the details of any transaction or any order in orders section of your account dashboard:

Venalium does not store your personal credit card information so we will ask for this to process any returns.

There are several reasons that a card my be declined.

  • Your bank may limit the number of transactions or total amount that can be spent online in a certain period of time.
  • You may have entered the incorrect CVV2 code
  • You may have entered your credit card information incorrectly
  • Your bank account may be flagged by your bank due to suspicious purchasing activity
  • Your stored credit card may have expired
  • Your bank may have rendered your card invalid due to fraudulent looking purchases elsewhere

Double check the information that you are entering with this credit card and contact your bank if the issue persists.

If your item is damaged or defective, you can return your productby contacting us during the return period (most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.)

In most cases you’ll be able to choose to get a refund or have a replacement sent to you. If the Replacement option isn’t available, We make a refund option and you repurchase the item.

If your item breaks outside of the return period, a part is missing, or if you have difficulty or questions about using the product, we recommend contacting us quickly.
